7 DAYS ITINERARY: Imperial Cities & 2 nights in the Sahara

DAY 1: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat. We will depart Marrakech after breakfast and drive to Casablanca where we will visit the stunning Hassan II Mosque. We will continue to Rabat, the Moroccan Capital and visit the city.
DAY 2: Rabat – Meknes – Volubilis – Fes. Morning drive to Meknes where we will stop to explore. We will then proceed to explore the Roman ruins and mosaics of Volubilis. We will continue and reach Fes in the afternoon
DAY 3: Fes. Full day to explore the ancient city of Fes
DAY 4: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Merzouga (Sahara). Early departure through the Mid Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane with its Alpine style architecture. Drive through the Azrou ceder forest and try to see wild monkeys. We will cross the Ziz Valley to arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon. A dromedary ride (alt. a 4×4 ride) will take you to our desert camp. Dinner at desert camp with live nomadic music in the evening.
DAY 5: Sahara Desert. Enjoy Sahara! Sunrise in the dunes followed by breakfast at desert camp. Options: explore the desert with a 4×4 ride; take a quad-biking tour to climb the highest dunes. Visit Nomadic families. Desert overnight.
DAY 6: Merzouga – Todra – Dades – Ouarzazate. Leave Merzouga after breakfast to head to Todra Gorge. Walk along the Todra canyon to enjoy the spectacular steep walls of the gorge. Continue to Dades Valley, and proceed toOuarzazate where you can visit the Film Studios or the Taourirt Kasbah.
DAY 7: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou (UNESCO)- Marrakech. Early visit to Ait Benhaddou one of Morocco best-preserved clay village and famous film location. Return to Marrakech via Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260mt – High Atlas Mountains). Arrive in Marrakech late afternoon.

DAY 6: Merzouga – Todra – Dades – Ouarzazate. Leave Merzouga after breakfast to head to Todra Gorge. Walk along the Todra canyon to enjoy the spectacular steep walls of the gorge. Continue to Dades Valley, Road of 1000 Kasbahs. Arrive in Ouarzazate where you can visit the Film Studios or the Taourirt Kasbah. Overnight in Ouarzazate.

6 DAYS ITINERARY: Atlas Mountains Trekking & Sahara Tour

DAY 1 – Marrakech – Imlil (trekking). From Marrakech, a morning transfer will take you Imlil, a picturesque village at the base of the Atlas Mountains. Afternoon trekking with a guide.
DAY 2 – Imlil (trekking). Full day of trekking in the Imlil area with a guide.
DAY 3 – Imlil – Ouarzazate – Dades. We leave Imlil after breakfast and drive towards Ouarzate where we can stop to visit the film studios or the Taourirt Kasbah. The journey will continue through Ouarzazate and the Valley of the Roses ending in the spectacular Dades Valley.
DAY 4 – Ouarzazate – Dades – Todra Gorge – Merzouga (Sahara). In the morning we will explore Todra Gorge a deep canyon famous for its sheer rock cliffs. We will then travel through Berber villages to reach Merzouga, gateway to the Sahara desert. A dromedary ride (alternative a 4×4 ride) will take you to our beautiful desert camp where you will spend the night. Dinner at desert camp and nomadic music in the evening.
DAY 5 – Merzouga (Sahara) – Rissani – Agdz. After breakfast we will head in 4×4 to the desert to visit the Nomads. We will then stop by at Khamlia village known for its Gnawa population, and for their unique tradition of using music to heal the soul, banish demons, and cure ailments. Berber pizza lunch at Khamlia village. After lunch we will leave Merzouga and head towards Agdz via Rissani, known for its lively souks.
DAY 6 – Agdz – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech. After btreakfast we will head to to Ait Benhaddou (UNESCO) one of Morocco best-preserved clay village and famous film location. Return to Marrakech via Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260mt – High Atlas Mountains). Arrive in Marrakech late afternoon.
